Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped with a trusted US carrier (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx). Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days from your order to your door. These are estimates: carrier delays, weather or high season can occasionally extend them.

Tracking

As soon as your rug ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Addresses and P.O. boxes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Rugs are bulky, so we recommend a street address: some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@paris-bagdad.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or if your rug arrives damaged, contact us at hello@paris-bagdad.com with your order number. For damaged items, please write within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will help you right away.
