How your rug travels

  1. Order confirmedYou receive an email confirmation right away.
  2. Prepared with careYour rug is checked one last time, rolled and protected for the journey within 1 to 3 business days.
  3. On its wayIt ships with a trusted US carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). You receive a tracking number by email.
  4. At your doorDelivered free, 3 to 10 business days after your order.

Shipping questions

Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship to the United States only.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
We recommend a street address: rugs are bulky, and some carriers can't deliver them to a P.O. box.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Do I have to sign for the delivery?
Usually not. Your rug is left at your door like most parcels, and you can follow it with your tracking number.
