How to return a rug
- Contact usWrite to us within 30 days of delivery at hello@paris-bagdad.com with your order number.
- Receive your return instructionsWe reply with the return address and simple packing instructions.
- Pack your rugRoll it (never fold it), pile facing inward, and protect it for the trip.
- Get your refundOnce we receive and inspect it, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I exchange my rug for another one?
Of course. Send your rug back following the steps above and place a new order for the design or size you prefer; we refund the first one as soon as it is back with us.
Are any items final sale?
Only rugs that have been used, washed, cut or damaged after delivery can't be returned. Everything else follows our 30-day policy.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
